About Alejandro Redondo Lázaro

Published 18.08.2026

My name is Alejandro. When you contact Pepin, you speak directly to me, from start to finish. In English, Spanish or French, whichever you prefer.

I moved to Switzerland in 2021. I’m an industrial engineer; I did an exchange programme and my master’s thesis at EPFL, so I’m used to analysing complex systems, finding the detail that makes the difference and explaining it clearly. That same mindset is what I apply to every case.

As a newcomer myself, I experienced first-hand how hard it is to navigate the Swiss insurance system: lots of information, little clarity, and the feeling of making decisions in the dark. I created Pepin so no one has to go through that alone. I support people starting a new chapter: a first job, a move to Switzerland, a growing family, or going self-employed. My job is to cut through the noise: to compare the market with rigour and explain your options clearly, so you can decide for yourself.

Why the name Pepin?

The name is a tribute to my grandmother, Pepi: a devoted person who always gave her best without expecting anything in return. That’s how I want to take care of every client. “Pépin” also means “seed” in French: something small that, well tended, grows.
