My name is Alejandro. When you contact Pepin, you speak directly to me — from start to finish.
I moved to Switzerland five years ago. I'm an industrial engineer and completed my master's at EPFL, so I'm used to analysing complex systems, finding the detail that makes the difference and explaining it clearly. That same mindset is what I apply to every case.
As a newcomer myself, I experienced first-hand how hard it is to navigate the Swiss insurance system: lots of information, little clarity, and the feeling of making decisions in the dark. I created Pepin so no one has to go through that alone. I support people starting a new chapter: a first job, a move to Switzerland, starting a family, or going freelance. Every stage brings different needs, and I know them well. My job is to cut through the noise — compare the market with rigour and explain your options clearly, so you can decide for yourself.
The name is a tribute to my grandmother, Pepi. A devoted person who always gave her best without expecting anything in return — the way I want to take care of every client. Pepin also means 'seed' in French: something small that, well tended, grows. Close, patient and always on your side.
